The Last Chance
Narrative Film (02:00)
The Last Chance is a short sci-fi film, reflecting how technologies could serve as tools for amplifying people’s greed, through future settings and referring back to existing technology, gene editing.
This is my first trial on sci-fi. I wrote this story to reflect on nowadays rapid technology development. I served as the director, screenwriter, editor, and stunt actress.
Logline: A woman goes to clinic to practice her last chance of Life Editing. In order to erase her inferiority complex and become a brand new person, she chooses to eliminate all of her memories regardless of the doctor’s dissuasion.
